Hydraulic Concrete Placing Boom is the end device for pumping concrete, and its function is to pipe the pumped concrete into the formwork of the member to be poured.
According to the different pouring environment and individual requirements of concrete construction, we have designed various models such as internal climbing, walking, ship-borne and manual, and formed the most complete HG series concrete distributing machine in the world.
One cannot imagine modern construction site without concrete pumping machinery. Transferring of liquid concrete by piping is realized by three types of concrete pump units: boom pump (or truck mounted), line pump (stationary pump) and separate concrete placing boom. Boom pumps are generally used in large job sites due to combination of high pumping capability, possibility of saving time and manual labor. Line pumps transfer concrete a little bit slower and demand additional manpower, they are applied in smaller construction sites. Separate concrete placing boom can be used in locations where it is not convenient to use the boom truck.

Utilization of concrete placing boom in the scope of large-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects
In some large-scale water conservancy projects, slope concrete slabs are necessary because of the mantle status. In the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the slope concrete concentrating machine is used , and its main components include the traveling mechanism assembly, the spiral cloth assembly, the landing system, the equipment framework, the active alignment and the active control system. It can not only realize the active feeding, feeding and fabricing in the mechanized lining process of large channels, but also spread the concrete evenly on the slopes, slopes and shoulders.
