The cleaning of the concrete pump truck is divided into water cleaning and waterless cleaning. Washing requires the cutting ring and the eye plate (the disc valve pump is the plate valve and the tie rod and the upper and lower wear plates). The gap between the plate and the eye plate is small. It needs a large amount of water and is strictly sealed. The water after cleaning the ball does not penetrate forward. . At the end of the washing, pay attention to the water in the pipeline, do not flow to the concrete pouring site, and avoid affecting the quality of the concrete. This method is simple to operate, less dangerous, and more common. Concrete pump truck manufacturers told that waterless cleaning, that is, using compressed air to purge, it is to soak the water in the cleaning ball first plug air intake joint, how should you clean the machine and then connect the first straight pipe connected to the variable diameter And attach a safety cover to the end of the pipe (the opening of the safety cover must face down). When air-washing concrete on-board pump, the pressure of compressed air must be controlled not to exceed 0.8 MPa; the air valve should be opened slowly, and the atmospheric valve can be opened when the concrete can flow smoothly; after the air-washing, the fine stone concrete pump is in use. Inevitably, various things will happen due to improper operation. Under normal use conditions, columnar fluid will form in the pumping part, but sometimes the coarse aggregate movement is blocked, so that the coarse aggregate in the pipe will form agglomerate until the movement stops. Blocking the phenomenon, if this happens, we must quickly investigate it. Judging method of blockage position of fine stone concrete pump: clogging phenomenon at feed inlet: pumping action and hydraulic system are normal, no abnormal sound and vibration, large aggregate or agglomeration in hopper, at feed inlet Jammed or arched and blocked. It is possible to reverse the operation of the pump to destroy the agglomeration, return the commercial concrete to the hopper, and then pump it forward. If it does not work, it needs to be manually cleaned up and excluded. Blockage at the discharge port of the distribution valve: The pumping system is suddenly interrupted, and there is an abnormal sound. The equipment has strong vibration, but there is no corresponding vibration in the pipeline. Remedy: Pour 15~30L of cement slurry into the hopper, and repeat the positive and negative pumps to force the passage to open. If this method is invalid, it can only be manually removed, remove the connected tube, and remove the debris in the valve. Blockage of commercial concrete conveying pipeline: When the conveying pressure is gradually increased, and the material level of the hopper does not fall, the outlet of the pipeline does not discharge, the pump vibrates, and the pipeline is accompanied by strong vibration and displacement, it can be judged that the pipeline is blocked.

Judging the blockage of fine stone concrete pump: Blockage generally occurs in bends, cones, and areas with vibration. At this point, you can use a small hammer to tap along the pipeline, the sound is dull at the blockage; the sound is crisp and normal. Listening with the ear, there is a rustling sound as normal, and a harsh sound is a blockage. When the pipe is blocked, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause of the blockage. After the blockage is identified, the pipe is removed and washed with high pressure wind or heavy hammer or high pressure water. After thorough cleaning, Then connect the pipeline and continue to pump the commercial concrete work.
